Marco Valencia Sanchez is the Executive Director, Clinical Decision Support (CDS_, Regional Business Development, Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific. Marco Valencia Sanchez joined APAC RBD in 2012 as Regional Business Manager, Tissue Diagnostics from Roche Tissue Diagnostics (Ventana Medical Systems) where he held diverse roles of increasing responsibility in the Global Marketing Organisation. During his 7 years in APAC, Marco has had different roles in the area of Molecular Solutions including leading his team until March 2018 when he took on his current role. Before joining Roche in 2009, Marco was a tenured university professor in Mexico. Marco holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the 2000s, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sonora, Mexico in Biology and Chemistry.
